This interactive workshop will provide Quality Managers and Quality Personnel the opportunity to build on their skills and knowledge of managing a laboratory’s quality system. This workshop includes discussions, case studies, and exercises that will allow you more fully understand the quality role in a laboratory.

Participants require access to a computer and a microphone in order to take this training. A headset with microphone is highly recommended. A webcam is recommended, but not required. Who should attend
This course is intended for anyone who is responsible for managing part or all of a laboratory’s management system. This includes Quality Managers and Quality Personnel (however named.)
