The Advanced Auditing Workshop provides a refresher of basic auditing skills, tests your knowledge of auditing requirements and how to interpret the requirements of the standard, and provides the opportunity to further develop your auditing skills.
The course includes case studies, scenarios and discussions that allow experienced auditors to develop new approaches to auditing situations. This course is highly interactive and allows participants to hone their interviewing skills plus learn new lines of questioning that will provide value to the management system being audited.

Participants require access to a computer and a microphone in order to take this training. A headset with microphone is highly recommended. A webcam is recommended, but not required. Prerequisites
- Internal Auditor training
- Auditing experience
- Knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard
Objectives
After completing this course participants will be able to:
- audit risk and risk-based thinking throughout internal audits
- conduct internal audits that consider whether the management system is effective and is meeting the needs of the organization and the clients
- conduct document reviews and employ effective questioning techniques that will ensure a comprehensive audit
- write concise findings that accurately describe nonconformity observed
