The CALA Premium Webinar subscription plan gives your entire laboratory staff access to 12 live webinars a year PLUS access to the full library of CALA webinar recordings. New to the subscription are self-paced Leadership courses.
The CALA webinar library has over 200 webinar recordings currently available. Every live webinar is recorded, so the library is constantly growing.

How does it work?
The CALA Premium Webinar Subscription runs for 12 months starting from the date you register.
Your Premium subscription gives you access to all live webinars from the Laboratory Series and the Leadership Series. CALA offers one new live webinar per month in the Laboratory Series. Either a new self-paced Leadership course or a live webinar from the Leadership Series is added monthly
You will receive a reminder email prior to every live webinar.
In addition, you and your staff can access any of CALA’s recorded webinars and the self-paced leadership courses from our extensive library.
What topics do the webinars cover?
The Laboratory series covers topics related to laboratory accreditation and testing. This includes topics such as:
- Customer service requirements
- Overview of Control Charting
- Personnel requirements in ISO/IEC 17025
The Leadership series covers interpersonal skills as well as topics of interest to managers and supervisors such as:
- Active Listening
- Performance Reviews
- Managing conflict
Terms and conditions
The Premium Webinar Subscription is for use by members of your laboratory at your location only. CALA interprets 'location' to be laboratories that are within a city or region. Network subscriptions are available for laboratories with sites in multiple cities/regions.
A member of your laboratory needs to be named as the main contact for the subscription. This person will receive the email reminders for upcoming webinars and new self-paced leadership courses.
Webinar Access: Your laboratory will be provided with a login id and password that you can provide to all the members of your laboratory.
All members of your laboratory at your location have access to the catalog of recorded webinars. There is no limit on the number of times each individual can access the recordings.
Self-paced course access: Your laboratory will be provided with a discount code. Members of your laboratory can use that discount code to register for any of the Leadership Self-Paced courses on CALA's Shopify site.
