Like many of your colleagues you want to “get ahead”, you want career advancement. For many people that means moving into a supervisory or managerial role. You may have decided you want the title and the pay raise, but have you thought through what becoming a supervisor/manager really means? Are you ready?
For some people moving into management is the start of a great career, leading ever larger organisations and taking on increasing levels of responsibility. For others, it is a mistake.
In this webinar, we will discuss reasons you should become a supervisor/manager, how to prepare for your new role, what you can expect and what you should do when you are in the new job. We’ll also discuss choosing not to become a supervisor/manager and what to do if you are a supervisor/manager and hate it.
